فویل ایزوگام

یکی از مهمترین لایه‌‌های تشکیل دهنده ایزوگام می‌‌باشد. همچنین ایزوگام تولیدی با فویل آلومینیم به دلیل ضخامت و باز تابش نور خورشید برای عایق کاری سقف یا مکانهایی که به طور مستقیم در معرض تابش نورخورشید قرار دارند استفاده می‌‌شود.

تعریف فویل ایزوگام

ورق‌هایی از جنس آلومینیوم با ضخامت و عرضی مشخص که به راحتی شکل می‌‌گیرند و با توجه به اینکه یکی از عوامل مخرب انواع ایزوگامها متلاشی شدن مواد تشکیل دهنده آن از طریق افزایش دما و جذب نور آفتاب می‌‌باشد. به همین دلیل برای جلوگیری از تخریب ایزوگام در برابر نور آفتاب هنگام تولید ایزوگام این ورق‌ها را روی سطح ایزوگام قرار می‌‌دهند و در زمانی که هوا بسیار گرم است باعث انعکاس نور خورشید و جلوگیری از روان شدن ( شل‌شدن قیر ایزوگام) میشود.

همچنین با استفاده از فویل آلومینیوم در تولید ایزوگام می‌‌توان استقامت و ماندگاری ایزوگام و عایق کاری را در برابر تجزیه پذیری اجزاء تشکیل دهنده افزایش داده در ضمن با توجه جلوگیری از سائیدگی ، خوردگی ، مقاومت در بارانهای اسیدی و همچنین انعطاف پذیری بالا افزایش طول عمر مفید ایزوگام را در بر خواهد داشت و از نفوذ آب جلوگیری می‌‌نماید.

نکته: قیمت ایزوگام تولیدی با فویل استانداردی که دارای موارد زیر باشد بالاتر از نوع غیر استاندارد آن می‌‌باشد همچنین ایزوگام تولیدی با فویل نازک هنگام نصب ایزوگام توسط ایزوگام کار متلاشی شده و مناسب برای ایزولاسیون نمی‌‌باشد.

استاندارد فویل ایزوگام

۱- مهمترین ویژگی فویل ضخامت آن می‌‌باشد که باید دارای ضخامتی بین ۱۴ الی ۱۶ میکرون باشد.
۲- عرض فویل در هنگام اجرای ایزوگام برای حفظ اور لبدر و هم پوشانی تمام سطح ایزوگام ۹۵ سانتی متر باشد.
۳- وزن هر رول آن باید ۲۰​۰ تا ۲۸۰ کیلو گرم باشد.

نکته ایمنی: ایزوگام فویلدار نصب شده در پشت بام دارای خاصیت رسانایی می‌‌باشد پس هنگام بارش باران و رعد و برق از رفت و آمد غیر ضروری بر روی آن پرهیز کنید.

Standard isogum foil

1- The most important feature of the foil is its thickness, which should have a thickness of 14 to 16 microns.
2- The width of the foil during the execution of the isogum should be 95 cm to maintain the overlap and overlap of the entire surface of the isogum.
3- The weight of each roll should be 200 to 280 kg.
