عایق کاری پی ساختمان

یکی از مشکلات اساسی که در اکثر سازه‌ها به چشم می‌خورد تماس با زمین نمناک و مشکل نم و رطوبت می‌باشد که در بعضی مواقع ضررهای جبران ناپذیری از جمله پوسیدن چوبها ، زنگ زدن آهن آلات ، تکثیر حشرات موزی و تورم لایه بیرونی گچ را به ساختمان وارد می‌نماید و تنها راه مقابله با ‎‎آن عایقکاری رطوبتی می‌باشد. البته عایقکاری که مستلزم اعمال دقت کافی و مصرف مصالح مرغوب باشد.

راههای جذب رطوبت به دیوار ساختمان

۱- نفوذ رطوبت از طریق زمین و پی ساختمان
در این حالت برای جلوگیری از پیشروی رطوبت باید دیوار را به میزان قلوه چینی بالا آورده و روی پی ساختمان را ابتدا سیمانکاری ،سپس اقدام به عایق کاری کنیم آنگاه دوباره دیوار چینی را از روی عایق شروع نماییم.

۲- نفوذ رطوبت از طریق بدنه ی دیوار
چنانچه ساکن مناطق پر بارش کشورمان باشیم با بارش مورب گونه باران در این نواحی ممکن است نم و رطوبت از طریق بدنه ی دیوار به داخل خانه نفوذ کرده و موجبات فرسایش و تخریب منزل شود . برای مقابله با این نمونه حتما باید بدنه خانه را از بیرون با عایق رطوبتی مانند قیر گونی یا ایزوگام بپوشانیم.

روشهای عایق کاری پی ساختمان

الف- نصب ایزوگام

طبق استاندارد عایق رطوبتی ایران این عایقها به دو دسته کلی تقسیم می‌شوند:
۱- عایق رطوبتی پیش ساخته مخصوص پی ساختمان ( ایزوگام پی )
۲- عایق رطوبتی پیش ساخته مخصوص سطوح خارجی مانند بدنه و پشت بام ( ایزوگام بام)
برای اجرای ایزوگام پی ساختمان ابتدا همانند شکل بالا سطح پی را قیر اندود نموده و پس از نصب عایق کاملاً دور لبه‌ها به وسیله کاردک مخصوص جوشکاری می‌گردد.

نکته: برای عایق کردن پی به دلیل اهمیت آن از ایزوگام استاندارد ترجیحا ایزوگام دلیجان و از نوع ساده (بدون فویل) آن استفاده کنید.

ب- قیر گونی

قیرگونی متداول‌ترین عایق رطوبتی بعد از ایزوگام می‌باشد .برای قیر گونی پی ابتدا سطح پی را با قشری از قیر پوشانده سپس اقدام به پهن کردن یک لایه گونی بر روی آن می‌کنیم وبعد از این عمل سطح مورد نظر را با قیر مخصوص می‌پوشانیم.

از آنجا که قیمت ایزوگام نسبت به قیرگونی پایین‌تر می‌باشد برای جلوگیری از رطوبت، بیش از موارد دیگر و به صورتی رایج در ایران از ایزوگام استفاده می‌شود.

Building foundation insulation

One of the main problems that can be seen in most structures is contact with damp ground and the problem of dampness and humidity, which sometimes causes irreparable damage such as rot of wood, rusting of hardware, proliferation of banana insects and swelling of the outer layer of gypsum. And the only way to deal with it is waterproofing. Of course, insulation that requires sufficient care and consumption of quality materials.

Ways to absorb moisture into the walls of the building

1- Moisture penetration through the ground and the foundation of the building
In this case, to prevent the progress of moisture, we must raise the wall to the level of porcelain rubble and first cement the foundation of the building, then insulate, then start the porcelain wall again from the insulation.

2- Moisture penetration through the body of the wall
If we live in the rainy areas of our country, with the oblique rain of rain in these areas, moisture and humidity may penetrate into the house through the body of the wall and cause erosion and destruction of the house. To deal with this example, we must cover the body of the house from the outside with moisture insulation such as bitumen or isogum.

Building insulation methods

A- Installing isogum

According to the Iranian waterproofing standard, these insulators are divided into two general categories:
1- Prefabricated waterproofing for foundation (isogum foundation)
2- Prefabricated waterproofing for external surfaces such as body and roof (roofing isogum)
To apply the building’s isogum, the foundation is first coated with bitumen as shown above, and after installing the insulation, it is completely welded around the edges with a special welding spatula.

Note: To insulate the foundation, due to its importance, use standard isogum, preferably Delijan isogum, and its simple type (without foil).

B- Bitumen

Gypsum is the most common waterproofing after isogum.

Since the price of isogum is lower than gypsum, isogum is used more than other cases and is commonly used in Iran to prevent moisture.
